Description
To create this wine, parcels of fruit were selected from several well-known South Australian wine regions such as Padthaway, Wrattonbully and the Riverland.
Colour: Deep red with vibrant purple hues.
Bouquet: The wine has lifted fruit aromas of ripe plum, cassis and a touch of licorice. There is also subtle chocolate and spice from the oak maturation.
Palate: A balanced medium bodied wine with a lively palate of juicy red berries, plum, cassis, chocolates and spice. The wine has a soft, supple feel with silky smooth tannins from oak maturation.
Food Match: Moroccan lamb and cous cous.
This was has been crafted to be enjoyed immediately but will cellar up to and possibly beyond 2012.
